Dheeraj has delighted many in his local community in Bengaluru, Karnataka by creating beautiful paintings. His talents have been appreciated by almost everyone but his talents might soon meet an end.

Dheeraj has been diagnosed with End-Stage Kidney Disease, a disease which has left him dependent on dialysis,which he has to go through thrice a week. Doctors at Karnataka’s St. John’s Medical College Hospital (10 km from Bengaluru Railway Station) have said that he needs to undergo a kidney transplant which comes at the cost of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand Only)

Srinivas is the sole breadwinner in his family of four. He works as a driver and lives in a house with a monthly rent that costs half his income. Once Dheeraj is cured, he has plans for higher studies but right now he is caged by his disease.
