Ankitha was eager to enjoy her summer vacation with her friends. But before her vacation started she suffered from constant fever and health issues. When the doctor diagnosed her symptoms thoroughly, it was detected that she is suffering from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. We were broken down in tears when the doctor explained to us how fatal this Cancerous disease can be. How it could take away my daughter's life!

As a poor farmer, Basvaraj cannot afford the costly treatment to save Ankitha. Basvaraj is an only sole breadwinner in their family. He does agriculture work and earns daily wages. He has liquidated all his savings and has no other choice but to borrow money even for their daily meals.
