“I remember how happy my husband and I were when we had Anas. We always dreamed of having a joyful family, filled with smiles and laughter. However, our journey has been filled with sorrow and heartache.
Allah has bestowed upon me the gift of four children before Anas, but tragically, all four were taken away from me one after another. Today, I find myself facing a familiar nightmare as my precious baby fights for his life.
At his young age, Anas is confined to a hospital bed, battling a deadly condition. My husband and I are desperately trying to gather funds for his treatment, but our efforts have been in vain. We live in constant fear of losing him,”-
Anas, who is only 5 months old, was hospitalized last month due to symptoms such as a swollen stomach, hair loss, high fever, and frequent colds and coughs.
After conducting tests, the doctors discovered that he is diagnosed with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), an extremely rare and life-threatening syndrome that is even more dangerous than cancer.
His parents were devastated upon receiving the news.
As their only surviving child, Anas held immense importance in their lives, and suddenly, he was at risk of being taken away from them.
This nightmare has become a recurring reality for them, and they find themselves torn between providing the necessary support for their son's treatment and the daunting cost of Rs. 31,00,000/-(Rupees Thirty One Lakh Rupee Only), which they consider an overwhelming amount.
"Anas's bone marrow transplant is incredibly expensive, and as an unemployed laborer, I simply cannot afford it.
We relocated from our small town in West Bengal to Mumbai in hopes of getting him the necessary treatment. However, due to a lack of funds, we have been staying at an NGO without any money to even afford a proper meal," expressed Anas's father with a heavy heart.
Until now, the family has exhausted all their resources to support their son's treatment, but Anas now requires a life-saving transplant. The medical expenses have become so burdensome that the parents go without meals each day just to afford his medicines.
In this dire situation, the family is seeking your assistance. Please lend a helping hand to alleviate their son's suffering. No child should endure such pain at such a tender age. Your generous donations will aid his recovery from this illness.
