“I don’t know how she handles her pain. When the doctors described to me what was going on, I couldn’t even imagine what it must feel like. My daughter is experiencing something beyond my imagination and I am powerless to do anything about it.”

Alina, a three-year-old child, lives with her family in Malad, Maharashtra. She has been diagnosed with Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections, plaguing her days with urinary issues.

According to the doctors at Maharashtra’s Vivaan Hospital (9.2 km from Vasai Railway Station), Alina’s treatment would cost Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only).

Shabnam’s Husband, Afzal, is the sole breadwinner in the family. They live together with a family of five in a rented house. Afzal is an auto-rickshaw driver and barely earns enough to support the family.

Shabnam has borrowed from her neighbours but it hasn’t been enough. Please donate as much as possible for Alina and share her story with all your friends and family members.
