This Single Mother Will Lose Her 17-year-old Daughter To A Deadly Cancer Without Urgent Treatment

"I've already lost my husband, and life was shattered when I came to know my child Alangla is suffering from Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma."
- Moala Aier, Alangla Mother.

Alangla is a 17 years old girl from Nagaland who always tried to stay positive and support her mother after her father's death. But now she hardly smiles or talks. She needs to undergo six cycles of chemotherapy session and 33 times radiation that exhaust her life. Losing hair and swelling of her body, always makes her realize that the things were getting worse. Chemotherapy makes her so dizzy that she cannot even sit for 5 minutes.

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is cancer that occurs in the nasopharynx, which is located behind your nose and above the back of your throat.

"She just wants it all to stop."

Moala Aier, Alangla Mother resides in a small rented house in Nagaland. Alangla wants to pursue her study and support her mother, but the severity of her health trails down her willingness. The doctor has estimated the approximate cost of Rs. 2 Lakhs which includes the cost of radiation, chemotherapy, diagnostics, and other supportive medication.

You can save a 17-year-old's life and a mother from indebtedness for treatment.

Moala Aier is already under debt and is even considering borrowing more to save her daughter. Your contribution will not only save Alangla's life but help Alangla's mother to escape a lifetime of indebtedness for treatment.

You can also share Alangla's story on Facebook and WhatsApp to help her family to reach out to more people like you.
