Let’s Celebrate a Generous Gudi Padwa

Gudi Padwa is the festival that brings new crops, the first harvest of the season, and it brings lots of joy and positive energy along with it. This is the time when we decorate our house, make beautiful rangolis, dress up to celebrate and exchange sweets with our loved ones. There is a feeling of newness in the air.

While we have new crops to be grateful for, you might see many of those people who wait for a meal to reach their plates, which is seldom on a daily basis. While we celebrate a gudi-padwaday and meet our loved ones, there are children staying away from home without safety and certainty in life.

Why not, include the underprivileged who need a hand to support their needs and make them aware that kindness still exists? This Gudi Padwa, let us decorate a Gudi that signifies kindness and generosity. Let us share the festivities with the underprivileged.
