# Freedom from Illiteracy

In India, the socio-economic progress depends upon Literacy. According to the census of 2011, the Indian literacy rate has grown to 74.04 % That indicates how much remains to be done to achieve 100 percent literacy. At present Child Help Foundation supports 8,336 children, 75 young girls, and ladies and 17 homes where more than 4000 stays and learn. We allow them to complete their primary and secondary education and hold a high priority to provide the best quality of education. We empower all children to become informed, competent, compassionate, and a good global citizen.

# Freedom from Contagious Environment

The world today faces many challenges due to improper sanitation, low facilities, poor governance, and the list goes on. But the issue of contagious disease is what alarms most of the people. Today 300 Children from Zilla Parishad school – Rajawali Village, 800 Children from Zilla Parishad school – Kaman Village, 120 Children from Koel Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir - Odisha are availed with healthful life under clean water, sanitation and hygiene program of Child Help Foundation.

# Freedom from Pain

Every year 1.5 lakh infants are born in India with congenital heart disease; but due to the poor financial condition,50% of infants loose their lives. Cancer, bone marrow transplant, premature birth, burns are some other medical emergencies which drive the childhood from the children.

Since 2013, Child Help Foundation has initiated the Medical Emergency program for the underprivileged children. Till date, 627 children got new life across the nation and laying the foundation for good health.

# Freedom from Gender Bias

Child Help Foundation promotes Girl child education and is a part of the national flagship program of BETI BACHO and BETI PADHAO. This education program is designed to create equal opportunities for both boys and girls; thus creating a better balance of power between genders.

# Freedom from Hunger

Child Help Foundation always ensures that each child gets proper nourishment for growth and development. At Palghar in Maharashtra, we served more than 212 children with proper food and nutritional from the tribal areas. We also encourage women to increase their knowledge of good pregnancy practices to follow so that they give birth to healthy babies and successfully nourish the growing infant.

# Freedom from Unsafe Environment

Child Help Foundation is a national non-profit organization which works actively to help people in disaster rescue and relief operations across the country. Kerala, Nagaland, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Assam Floods are some major natural calamity in which they showed their active participation. Till date, 13000 people have been reached through our Humanitarian work.
