Help Arpita Stay In School After A Difficult Loss

"Since we lost her father, every day has been about survival, not just for us but for Arpita's future too. I sell pani puri with my elder son to keep our home running, but I don't want Arpita's school life to stop because of what we've lost."

Poonam Gupta ; (Mother)

Meet Arpita Ajay Gupta, a bright ten-year-old studying in Std 5th at Pious Buds English High School, Bhayander (East).

In 2025, Arpita's world changed when she lost her father, Ajay Gupta. He was the one who believed most in her education, the one who spoke of the day she would grow up to achieve something of her own. Since his passing, that belief has fallen on her mother, Poonam Gupta, and her elder brother to carry forward.

To keep their home running and Arpita's school life untouched by what they've lost, Poonam and her elder son now run a small pani puri stall together. It isn't easy, but they haven't let Arpita see how hard it truly is.
